Function:

• Leading of the contract research laboratory team


• Scheduling of projects and resource use


• Establishment and validation of new assays


• Presentation at congresses and exhibitions

Requirements:

• Education (preferred: graduate pharmacologist / biochemist / comparable) and at least 2 - 3 years experience in ADME/Tox analyses within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with relevant publications (experience in metabolism studies a plus)


• Experience in leading laboratory groups


• Communicative personality, ability to illustrate technical coherences and procedures to clients


• Fluency in English, German would be a plus
