Hepatocytes are provided to assess a drug candidate’s metabolic stability, profile enzymes involved in its metabolism, analyze metabolite concentrations and assess CYP (Cytochrome P450) inhibition and induction. We provide cryopreserved human hepatocytes both for use in suspension cultures and adherent cultures that readily attach to collagen surfaces. Our hepatocytes are characterized for all enzyme activities relevant to drug metabolism (c.f. table 1). We also provide details about protein content, viability, donor sex and health status.
